Residential Property Lawyer / Conveyancer – Wisbech

 Are you a skilled and motivated Residential Property Lawyer / Residential Conveyancer? We have an exciting opportunity to join Fraser Dawbarns at our Wisbech office. We are looking for a Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with their own caseload.
 

About the role:

– Manage a varied caseload of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, registered, unregistered, shared ownership, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Land Registry applications.
– Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
– Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements, maintaining a high standard of professional service.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent client care throughout the process.

About you:

– Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 years’ relevant experience in residential property law.
– Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations.
– Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple cases and work to deadlines.
– A proactive and client-focused approach.
