Congratulations Alastair

Fraser Dawbarns LLP are very pleased to announce that Alastair Young has completed his studies and his training contract and has been admitted to the Roll as a qualified solicitor.

Alastair, from Wisbech, joined Fraser Dawbarns as a Paralegal in February 2017 after completing a Masters degree in Law with a distinction from the University of Nottingham. Alastair completed his Legal Practice Course at the same time as training at the firm.

During his training, Alastair has worked in the Commercial department in Wisbech, working with Commercial Property and Corporate Law specialists. Alastair has also worked seats in the Residential Conveyancing and Civil Law departments while based in the March Office. Alistair completed his training in the Wisbech office, working with the firm’s Tax and Trusts specialist. Alastair is now practising in the Private Client Department.

Pleased to have qualified, Alastair says;

“It is very difficult to get into the legal profession, even with a Masters Degree and when I applied to Fraser Dawbarns it was as a paralegal. I am delighted that during this time, Fraser Dawbarns saw potential in me and offered me the opportunity to train as a solicitor. It has been a challenging couple of years and I am very grateful to everyone who has taken the time to train me.”
