Important Coronavirus Update for All Clients

Fraser Dawbarns are closely monitoring the daily updates from the government regarding best practices to handle the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

Our current position is that we will remain open for business.  We do, however, understand the concerns of those who would rather limit their contact with others so we are offering our clients the option to conduct any future appointments over the phone.

Please call Fraser Dawbarns on 01945 461456 to find out more about alternative ways of speaking to our lawyers or to arrange a telephone consultation – you can of course still contact your lawyer using their direct phone number.  Payments can be taken over the phone or they can be paid online or via your bank – but again if you have any concerns please call 01945 461456.

As the government has asked people to work from home where possible, all of our staff are already set up so they are able to work remotely in case the Government recommends that more stringent measures be taken.  In this eventuality, although your lawyer may be working from home, our commitment to providing you with a high quality service will remain unchanged.  You will still have full access to your lawyer.  If you have any documents that wish to hand deliver to us, please use the letterboxes provided at each office and a member of our staff will forward to the relevant person.

Our website and our social media pages will be updated to reflect the firm’s current stance on this constantly evolving situation.

It is our hope that by taking these measures, we can best protect our clients, our staff and the more vulnerable members of society whilst limiting any impact on the service you receive from us.
