Dawn Tegerdine is a Associate Conveyancing Executive in the Residential Conveyancing department, based in the Downham Market office. Dawn specialises in all aspects of residential property, sales and purchases both freehold and leasehold, together with transfer of equity, remortgages and voluntary registration. Dawn assists a wide range of clients of all ages and levels of experience in the property market.

Dawn particularly enjoys being able to help her clients move into their dream home. Dawn’s clients can expect clear and precise advice in a professional and friendly manner.

Dawn joined Fraser Dawbarns in March 2014, having worked in the legal profession since 1992, and been a qualified Conveyancing Paralegal since 2005. Before coming to Fraser Dawbarns, Dawn worked in a residential conveyancing role at a solicitor’s practice in Ely and before that, worked for a firm based in Peterborough where she gained knowledge in Probate Law and Will drafting.

Outside work, Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and going on holiday to sunny places. Dawn is also a keen runner and enjoys swimming.
