Lisa Moore is a CILEX Lawyer in our busy residential conveyancing department, based in the Wisbech office. She helps clients with a wide range of conveyancing matters, including leases, lease extensions, right to buy and acquire, and shared ownership sales.

Lisa studied Law at the Open University where she developed her knowledge of rights and justice, ownership and trusteeship, and agreements, amongst other specialist areas of law. During this time, Lisa also worked part-time, before she completed her Graduate Fast Track Diploma with CILEx specialising in conveyancing and civil litigation.

After becoming a Chartered Legal Executive, Lisa set about obtaining her practice rights in the reserved instruments of conveyancing. She gained these rights in 2023 and became an authorised person under the Legal Services Act 2007, adding CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner to her achievements.

Lisa’s typical client varies as she has gained experience in different areas of both residential and commercial conveyancing, as well as civil litigation.  Working in the public sector previously, she has an extensive knowledge of housing law.

When clients visit Lisa for conveyancing matters, they can expect an active listener who provides realistic and honest advice, and someone who will keep them informed at each step of the process. Lisa particularly enjoys the investigation side of matters and helping to resolve concerns, especially when a client has thought it not possible.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and renovating her new home, as well as exploring the small towns in and around Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. When she has the time, Lisa also enjoys reading and is a fan of murder mysteries written by Anthony Horowitz.
