Syeda Mahfuz is a paralegal in our Private Client department, based at our Ely office. Syeda can help clients on a wide range of matters regarding Probate, Wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Syeda has worked with a broad range of clients previously, including company owners and farmers, businesspeople, and non-UK domiciled clients. Clients can expect personalised, high-quality client care from visiting Syeda. Our team recognises that no two situations are the same, so it is important to personalise care to individual clients.

Syeda studied Law at Anglia Ruskin University and was heavily involved in extra curricular activities to support her studies. Before graduating in 2022, Syeda was a weekly volunteer at the Anglia Law Clinic whereby she assisted lawyers across Cambridgeshire to provide advice and support to clients. She focused on employment, family, and immigration areas of law.

Syeda also attended support at court sessions for Family Court on a weekly basis to provide moral and legal support to clients who did not have any legal professional’s help.

Outside of work, Syeda is a member of the Cambridgeshire Junior Lawyers Division. She also enjoys cooking, staying active by going on walks with a coffee or going to the gym, and travelling.
